As you know battery usage is more in android and yes this Notification also decreases the battery. So its better to disable the notification for the app which may not be necessary. You may be also tensed due to unwanted notification from facebook,instagram ,twitter and many more. But gaining notification is also good you can get notification if something happens in your app.Better don't disable useful apps notification,Only disable which makes you irritate .
So to be away from that unnecessary notification and to save battery do the following steps to disable notification.

1. On any unwanted notification press for long and there appears "App Info" click on that and you will see message box there.
2. Then tap on "App Info" click on check box not to show notification and click OK.

• How To disable automatic Update of Apps:

Are you worried of having problem of auto updates of apps unnecessarily.And may be it has given trouble when you are from mobile data not from wifi.And that's too irritating sometimes.But you need to update your apps frequently soo for that you need to update them manually . So here are steps to disable the auto updates of apps.

1. Open play store and at right corner you will get option.
2. Click on that and check box will appear now unmark on that and you are done
