Youtube,Everyone know about it. May be we can get people who don't know about some daily using thing but we cannot get people who don't know about youtube. Youtube is a social site on which we get to watch different videos. we can be viewer and watch the videos or we can be the creator and upload our videos so other people can watch. 
Youtube is a online platform for those people who have different talents. They can simply make their videos and upload it. Youtube got a standard youtube licence and creative Commons attribution. If you select creative common attribution in your videos your videos can be re uploaded by others but when you select standard youtube lincence in your video that only belongs to you and you can give copyright.
Monetization:
Youtube is a free platform where you can earn a lot of money just by just uploading your videos. For that we need to set up setting of your youtube for monetization and you start to earn money. Youtube let you monetize if you upload your own creations. If you uploaded others creation your video get copyright and it can also be banned. For using others content your channel might get strike and suspended too. So you need to be careful in this.
Previously we may have seen sexuality content in youtube but time and again it changes its policy and it goes on clean and friendly environment by removing those kinds of things. Everytime youtube change its policy just for cleaning the youtube contents to not violate others or not to show hatred to others. In same way youtube have just changed it policy which includes the following things.
According to new policy:
1.Videos Cannot Contain Hateful Content
Youtube is going to ban those videos for monetization which includes hateful contents or those who promotes diacrimination and humiliate other peoples. It alao bans those videos which includes racial discrimination or discrimination on races, caste, culture, language,age,disability etc.
2.Cannot include any of the sexual contents
Youtube bans you from monetization if you try to add content including sexual contents whether its video photo or verbal no sexual contents are alloweded to use.Before also there was no rule to ad sexual contents but also people were using thumbnail including inappropriate pictures. So this time no any such things can be used. If used you cannot earn from that video.
3. Cannot upload sarcastic video which humiliate Others
Now onwards you cannot upload those videos which contains sarcastic contents which is disrespectful to others or which insult others. Youtube bans you for interfering in others life.
